Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
If you wish to return an unopened item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing your Aqua Shield products, but if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at
[email protected]. within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. We will send out a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
